What causes tattoos to fade?

It is also recommended to use a moisturizer every day, especially right after a shower, to prevent the skin from drying out. Wearing proper clothing that covers the tattoos is an important way to protect tattoos and keep them from fading; darker and tightly woven fabrics are ideal and offer the most protection.
