Does Cavco make park model RVs?

As of 2016, Cavco makes park model RVs and sells them under four different brands: Cavco West, Fleetwood Homes, Palm Harbor Homes and Chariot Eagle. A park model RV typically measures approximately 400 square feet and is used as recreational, travel or seasonal living quarters.

Cavco's park model RVs are manufactured to fit the ANSI 119.5 building code and can generally only be legally placed on recreational vehicle campgrounds. Cavco is a company that both builds and designs various types of structural buildings, which includes vacation cabins, commercial buildings, RVs and modular homes. As of 2016, Cavco build its products at 15 manufacturing locations in the United States.
