What is a Cerulean credit card?

The Cerulean credit card is a card offered by Continental Finance to users with a bad credit score, notes AskMrCreditCard. Both secured and unsecured Cerulean credit cards are available.
The Cerulean card is formally called the Cerulean Discover and is tied for second place in the list of the five worst credit cards available, notes CBSNews. The reasons for the poor rating include a high interest rate, a $75 annual fee for a card with a $300 limit, a total of $144 per year in monthly maintenance fees, a $30 fee to increase the credit limit and numerous other hidden fees that drive up the cost of having the Cerulean card.
