Does Charter accept online bill payment?

Charter offers several options for users to pay online, including paying using the Charter website, paying through a personal banking website and establishing automatic payments using a mobile bill-pay feature. When paying through Charter.com, users must first set up a free account.

To establish an account with Charter, customers must first create a user name and password with the site. At the time the account is created, users are asked for some personal information, including name and service address, as well as the last four digits of their Charter account. Once registered, users can make one-time payments, set up recurring payments or schedule a payment for the future.
