Where is the cheat menu on "Spiderman: Web of Shadows"?

Spiderman: Web of Shadows does not have a cheat menu. The closest the game has to cheats is a "New Game +" mode that can be accessed after the game is won. This allows users to play the game again while retaining their upgrades and collectibles from the first play-through.

To access New Game +, players must watch the credits after winning the game. Select continue, and watch more credits if they pop up. Select continue again when prompted, and the game will now begin at the first cut scene with the player retaining his upgrades and collectibles from his first game.
