How do you check your current Medicaid enrollment?
By Forinfos - 15/09/2025 - 0 comments
To check your Medicare enrollment, visit Medicare.gov. Click, "check your enrollment," and then fill out the short form that follows with your current Medicare information.
To access the Medicare system, you need your personal information. The enrollment checking form asks for your Medicare number, your ZIP code and your last name. You must also indicate whether your plan falls under Part A or Part B and then indicate your date of birth.
If you don't currently have Medicare or if you have misplaced your Medicare number, you cannot use the enrollment verification system. Instead, call 800-633-4227 to speak to a representative directly.
