When a labrador and pit bull mate, it is called a labrabull. This is a popular mixed breed of a purebred pit bull and a purebred labrador. An alternative name for this breed mix is a pitador.
Labrabulls weigh between 40 and 90 pounds and have an average life expectancy of 10 to 14 years. It is similar to both a labrador and pit bull with its medium size, high energy and adaptability to training. Some labrabulls have a silky coat, while others have a shiny coat. Labrabulls are either spotted like pit bulls or one solid color of brown, white, yellow or black. Most labrabulls have almond eyes, flappy ears and scissor-bite teeth.
