A Cigna Vision plan providers list is available at Cigna.com by locating the More Cigna Sites link and then clicking on the Cigna Vision link. Registered users can enter a username and password and press the Log In button. Unregistered users can click the Search As Guest button.

Users can click on the Search By Location Or Services Link, type in the address information or select specific services from the list, and click Search to display a list of Cigna Vision plan providers.
