The Citi Health Card offers financing for health services not be covered by insurance plans, according to Citi. Services from participating medical care providers are billed to the Citi Health Card account, and the consumer makes monthly payments on a single bill.

Participating medical service providers include dentists, orthodontists, eye doctors, and veterinarians, Citi notes. Consumers can search for participating medical providers on Citi.com. Family members can use the same Citi Health Card account.

The Citi Health Card requires no down payments and offers deferred interest plans, but it carries interest rates of up to 28.99% as stated on the Citi website in late 2015.
