As of 2015, Michael Jordan has resided in Chicago, Illinois; Charlotte, North Carolina; Jupiter, Florida; and Salt Lake City, Utah. Jordan has mostly lived in Chicago due to his successful playing days with the NBA's Chicago Bulls.

Jordan sold his 56,000-square foot Chicago house for more than $29 million. The Chicago home had nine bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a tennis court and an indoor basketball court.

Jordan bought a 12,310-square foot home for $2.8 million in Charlotte, North Carolina, in order to be close to the team he owns, the Charlotte Bobcats.

Jordan built his home in Jupiter, Florida, for more than $12 million. He also owns a condo in Salt Lake City, Utah.
