How do you clean earbuds?

To clean earbuds, brush off earwax with a dry toothbrush, and wipe off the wax remnants with a cotton swab dampened with rubbing alcohol. Disinfect the earbuds with an alcohol wipe.

1. Remove and wash the silicone covers

   If your earbuds have removable silicone covers, remove and dip the covers in warm, soapy water. Once soaked, rub off the debris and discoloration with a cotton swab, rinse the covers, and let them dry.

2. Clean the earbuds

   Hold the earbuds with the mesh facing downward, and gently brush off the wax with a dry toothbrush. Take caution not to push in the earbud gunk. Rub off the wax remnants with a cotton swab dampened with rubbing alcohol, and wipe the earbuds.

3. Disinfect the earbuds

   Wipe the earbuds with an alcohol wipe to disinfect them, and let them dry.
