The code used to take the IHOP survey is a number that is found on the IHOP receipt given the customer upon payment at all IHOP locations. Once the transaction is complete, the customer copy of the receipt has the survey code printed upon it.

The survey code is located on the receipt below the itemized list of menu items ordered. The instructions on how to access the survey are included on the receipt as well. The customer has three days from the purchase date to complete the survey and receive the code which is good for one free short stack of buttermilk pancakes.
