What color is your aura?

To observe your aura, look in the mirror while standing in front of a white background, and concentrate on the middle of the forehead for 60 seconds. Then, while remaining focused on this spot, observe the surrounding area with peripheral vision. The background should be a different color.

Though they have not been scientifically proven, some people believe in auras: electromagnetic fields that surround living beings. Auras can be many different colors. A blue aura, for example, shows that the person is relaxed and balanced, while an orange aura is a sign of vitality and stamina. Most people have one to two dominant colors in the aura.
