Do any companies in Los Angeles hire people convicted of felonies?
By Forinfos - 08/06/2025 - 0 comments
There are a number of companies in California that are open to hiring felons. Some of these companies are national chains that have locations in California, while others are local chains or independent businesses.
Organizations such as the Delancey Street Foundation help felons find work after conviction and release. As of 2015, the Delancy Street Foundation works with a number of Los Angeles businesses to help employ felons. The organization also offers career counseling, vocational training and help with resumes and applications. ExOffenders.net and FelonOpportunities.com maintain databases of businesses that are open to hiring felons and resources for finding employment.
