What are some companies offering jobs for courier van drivers?

As of August, 2015, some companies that hire courier van drivers are Sysco and Parkland Health and Hospital System, according to Indeed.com. These jobs are in Des Plaines, Illinois, and Dallas, Texas.

Courier van drivers drive vehicles with a maximum operating weight of less than 26,001 pounds per gross vehicle weight. They don't need a special license to operate their delivery vans. Their jobs involve loading, transporting and unloading items at assigned locations, says the Houston Chronicle. As of May 2011, the average hourly rate for courier van drivers who deliver to local areas was $15.83. Those who make deliveries between cities made $24.75 per hour on average.
