Will the company accept returns on a NutriBullet you tried to fix yourself?

If your NutriBullet is still within 30 days of the purchase date, they do accept returns for refunds. NutriBullet claims they will do whatever they can to make you happy with your purchase. However, they do not mention anything about refunding after a customer tried a repair.

If you purchased your NutriBullet from an authorized retailer, you can try to return it to that store. Otherwise, you will need to call NutriBullet's customer support to receive your return authorization number. That number will be valid for seven days. It is important that you package your NutriBullet in the original packaging, including all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund.
