How do you contact the AFLAC claims department?

Customers can contact the AFLAC claims department by telephone at 800-992-3522 or fax at 877-442-3522, as stated on the AFLAC website as of June 2015. The mailing address for claims paperwork is 1932 Wynnton Road, Columbus, GA 31999. Policyholders can also log in to their accounts to file claims online.

To send an message online to the claims department, go to the AFLAC home page. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page, and then click on E-Mail Claims under the Claims directory. Fill out your name, contact information, date of birth and message. The policy number is optional, explains AFLAC. Click Submit.
