Medicaid providers in Ohio should contact the provider hotline for help with claims or the MITS portal. Medicaid members with questions about their case or who need to update their information should contact their caseworker. For other Ohio Department of Medicaid inquires, click Contact on the department website, complete the online form, and click Submit. This form should not be used to send any protected health information.
