How do you contact AT&T for telephone repair service?

As of August 2015, it is possible to contact AT&T for telephone service repair through AT&T's website. Starting on AT&T's homepage, the customer can navigate from the "Support" tab to "Orders & Repairs." From there, the customer can click "Home Phone" under "Repair Appointments."

The customer needs to provide information regarding whether the phone is for personal use or business use. The customer also needs to provide the area code and all seven digits of the phone number that needs repair.

If the customer has access to a working telephone line, it is also possible to call AT&T for telephone service repair. The phone number to call depends on the customer's state of residence.
