To contact Visa customer service within the United States, call 1-800-847-2911. Cardholders visiting other countries will need to look up the correct number for that country on the Visa website or call collect at 1-303-967-1096. Alternatively, cardholders can make general inquiries that do not require specific card information via email to AskVisaUSA@visa.com.

Use the following steps to find the correct phone number for Visa.

  1. Navigate to the Visa homepage

    2. Search for Visa using a Web browser or navigate directly to usa.visa.com.

  2. Find the Contact Visa link

    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the home page and find the Contact Visa link in the middle column under Resources.

  3. Click on Global Customer Assistance Center

    4. Click on this link and then enter in the correct country in the box to find the correct contact number.
