How do you convert movie files to VCD format?

While there are several methods to converting a movie file to a VCD file, using a web-based solution works across all operating systems. To make the conversion, open a web browser and visit Office-convert.com. Use the site to upload and convert the video file into a VCD format.

1. Open the conversion website

   Open any web browser on your computer and enter Office-convert.com into the address bar. If you don't already have an account, create one by clicking the Register link and completing the form. Choose the free option.

2. Select the output format

   From the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page, select the Convert to VCD option. A new page loads that allows you to convert your file.

3. Upload your original video file
