There are no coupons online for Linzess. However, patients may save up to $75 automatically if their pharmacy participates in the Linzess instant savings program. Alternatively, patients may obtain coupons through their physicians who get them from a Linzess sales rep.

As of 2015, the Linzess savings program is not open to patients on government-funded insurance plans such as Medicare and Medicaid. Patients with other insurers may check to see if their pharmacies participate in the program by visiting the website, InstantSavingsProgram.com

Patients eligible for the program pay only $30 for their Linzess prescription. The manufacturers of the medication pay the rest of the cost up to $75.
