Is cracking your neck bad?
By Forinfos - 06/04/2026 - 0 comments
Cracking the neck is bad as it puts pressure on the joints and increases the risk of stroke. This pressure from cracking can cause the arteries in the neck to tear.
After the arteries tear, they begin to bleed out which can cause the blood to clot in irregular areas. When the clots become loose and travel to the brain or lungs, it can result in deadly medical conditions. If a person is having neck pain or feels that the neck needs to be cracked, the person should seek the help of a doctor. There are many exercises that can be done to resolve issues with the neck to prevent problems in the future.
