It is possible to get the crystal replaced on a Fossil watch by sending the watch to Fossil for repair. However, replacement of the crystal is not covered under Fossil's warranty.

To send a watch with a broken crystal to Fossil for repair, one should download the watch repair form from the Fossil website and fill it out completely. The watch must then be sent to Fossil's Metro Service Center, Attn: Repair Department, 10615 Sanden Drive, Dallas, TX 75238. No original packaging should be sent. If the repair will cost over $100, Fossil will call the person sending in the watch to get approval before the work is done.
