How do customers rate WRL life insurance?

There are mixed reactions and ratings on Western Reserve Life (WRL) insurance. Some customers like WRL insurance policies and are content with them. A survey conducted by FreeAdvice revealed that about 46 percent of WRL customers are unsatisfied, while about 35 percent are satisfied with its services, as of December 2014. The results of the survey also indicated that 46 percent of the customers were unwilling to renew their policies, while about 10 percent were unsure of their choice, according to FreeAdvice.
