Cyberlink MediaLibrary is a computer process known as CLMLSvc.exe and is part of the HP MediaSmart Music/Photo/Video or CyberLink Power2Go, a program for burning CDs. A defective version of this software can slow down a computer or cause a variety of issues.
CLMLSvc.exe appears in the subdirectory of "C:Program Files" with files sizes ranging from 103,720 bytes to 210,216 bytes as well as other sizes. MediaLibrary runs as a background program, but it is not essential to the Windows operating system and it can safely be deactivated in the Windows Task Manager.
