Who is Dagen McDowell?

Dagen McDowell is a business correspondent for the Fox News Channel. She co-hosts "Markets Now," a weekday programming block on the Fox Business Network that specializes in real-time market analysis and breaking business news.

Before her career in news broadcasting, Dagen McDowell wrote a finance column called "Dear Dagen" for TheStreet.com. Prior to that, she worked as a financial journalist at the Institutional Investor's Newsletter Division. She graduated with an Art History degree from Wake Forest University.

Aside from her work as an anchor on the Fox News Channel, she has also been a guest on "Hannity" and a business contributor on the "Imus In The Morning" radio program.
