The Spanish term "diario las Américas" literally translates to "daily newspaper of the Americas" in English. Diario las Américas is an American newspaper written in Spanish and aimed at the Hispanic community in Miami.

The newspaper has been published since July 4, 1953, which makes it the oldest Spanish newspaper in Miami. Its digital platform went online in 2006. Horacio Aguirre Baca founded the newspaper, and a group of Venezuelan investors took it over in 2013. They appointed Manuel Aguilera as the new director. The newspaper sells over 45,000 copies a day, primarily to Cuban Americans and Latin Americans in South Florida.
