In August 2015, Carlton Pearson’s wife did file for a divorce in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The divorce papers claim the filing is the result of incompatibility issues, completely destroying the legitimate aims of the marriage. As of November 2015, the issue has mostly remained private without any specific details released about what specifically caused the divorce. In 1993, the couple officially married and have two children together. Pearson is a minister and gospel vocalist who has won two Stellar Awards. His wife, Gina Marie Gauthier, is a professional life coach from Lake Charles, Louisiana.
