Did Kaepernick shave his eyebrow?

Colin Kaepernick did not shave his eyebrow. After the San Francisco 49ers lost to the Seattle Seahawks in the second week of the 2013 season, a video was posted to YouTube showing Kaepernick, the 49ers' quarterback, shaving his eyebrow; however, this was a digital fake.

EA Sports, a video game company, was promoting a bet between Seahawk starting quarterback Russell Wilson and Kaepernick where the loser of the game would be required to remove an eyebrow. Wilson and Kaepernick never seriously considered fulfilling the bet. The design team at EA Sports digitally made it look as though Kaerpernick had shaved his eyebrow.
