Did Jesus have a wife?

Jesus did not have a wife., The most detailed accounts of his life are contained in the bible, and at no time does it mention that Jesus had a wife. Historians have also studied different historical documents, and none clearly mention that he had a wife.

The New Testament does mention that Jesus had close relationships with some women, but not the romantic type. Some of these women included Mary Magdalene from whom he removed seven demons, as well as Joanna and Susanna. The women worked closely with the other disciples in giving financial support to ensure that the ministry would go on.
