Did Tesla create wireless electricity?
By Forinfos - 02/01/2026 - 0 comments
The scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla had an idea for wireless electricity, but he never found a way to make it work during his lifetime. The Wardenclyffe Tower project is perhaps the most famous example of Tesla's efforts to invent a way to transmit wireless electricity.
Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower was a hugely ambitious and expensive project, and while Tesla initially received funds from the famous financier J.P. Morgan, Tesla's inability to produce quick results shook Morgan's confidence. Morgan withdrew his funding, and Tesla was never able to complete the Wardenclyffe Tower, much to his disappointment and frustration.
