What are the dimensions of the Pyramid of the Sun?

The Pyramid of the Sun is 720 feet by 760 feet wide and over 246 feet tall. These are not its original size. The construction took place in two phases, with the first stage being around 100 A.D.

This massive structure is found in Teotihuacán in central Mexico. It is the center of a vast complex of ruins that includes temples, the Moon Pyramid, canals and over 2,000 apartments. To reach the top of this ancient structure, one has to climb more than 240 steps. It was once believed the pyramid was built to honor a god of the inhabitants of the area, but no evidence of this has been discovered.
