The discs used in shuffleboard are between 9/16 inches and 1 inch in thickness. They are 6 inches in diameter and should not weigh less than 11 1/2 ounces. Each official disc set includes four black discs and four yellow discs. New discs are 15 ounces.
The cue used must be over 6 feet 3 inches long. There should be no metal portion of the cue that touches the court's surface.
