What are the Din spells in "Zelda"?

In the game "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," the Din spell - named after the Goddess Din - is a fire spell known as Din's fire. This spell can be obtained from the Great Fairy of Magic outside of Hyrule Castle.

Din's Fire creates a large fiery dome around the player's body to protect against attacks from nearby enemies. This spell will also light any torches within its active area. Child or adult Links can use the Din spell. Additionally, you need this spell to gain access to the Shadow Temple.

In the game "Super Smash Bros. Melee," Zelda uses an attack which is also called the Din spell.
