On its main website, IHOP offers discounted meals for patrons over the age of 55. As of 2015, some of the items on this over-55 menu include a create-your-own omelette, French toast, buttermilk pancakes and a breakfast sampler. Some dinner options include tilapia Florentine and roasted turkey.

IHOP also offers a Pancake Revolution club that allows customers to get free meals on their birthdays and other occasions. To join this club, customers must fill out an online form with their email, birthday, ZIP code and nearest IHOP location. Customers receive their first free offer through email 24 hours after signing up. All members must be 13 years of age or older.
