Strictly speaking, there are no distinct facial characteristics common to all African women. For example, those in North Africa (including Morocco, Tunisia and Egypt) tend to have lighter skin and features that more closely resemble inhabitants of the Middle East than their counterparts in Sub-Saharan Africa.
