The 2003 documentary "Living with Michael Jackson: A Tonight Special" was filmed at the Neverland Ranch, which is located at 5225 Figueroa Mountain Road, Los Olivos, California, 93441.
Michael Jackson purchased the Neverland Ranch in 1987 and lived there for approximately 15 years. The ranch is over 2,800 acres and, when Jackson was living there, featured 22 buildings, a petting zoo, an amusement park, tennis and basketball courts, and a swimming pool. Jackson defaulted on the note on the property in 2007 and had to broker a deal with a real estate investment firm to keep some stake in the ranch. In early 2015, the real estate investment firm listed Neverland Ranch for sale at $100 million.
