To download the Verizon In-Home Agent, navigate to the Verizon website, and click the link for In Home Agent in the Support Tools section at the bottom of the page. Once there, click the Get In-Home Agent button, and click the button for your computer's operating system.

The Verizon In-Home Agent tool is available for Windows XP or later and Mac OSX 10.7 or later. This tool requires a minimum of 512 megabytes of memory to run. In addition, the Windows version of this software requires .NET Framework 3.0, and the Mac OSX version requires a computer display to have a resolution of at least 1,280 pixels by 1,204 pixels.
