Does eBay host used car auctions?

EBay doesn't host in-person used car auctions. However, it does provide access to used car auctions in the eBay Motors section of the website. Both individual owners and dealerships sell used cars through eBay auctions.

EBay Motors provides access to auctions for certified used or pre-owned vehicles after local auto dealers inspect them for any mechanical problems, hidden damage or mileage issues. Many auto listings also include a warranty and a vehicle history report from AutoCheck that gives buyers access to important details. If the auction is won, eBay recommends that buyers pay either through financing, PayPal or cash on delivery.
