What is a good curriculum for 2-year-olds?

Toddlers are very active, but they need to learn basics before entering preschool. Parents and caregivers should work with them to develop speech, learn numbers and letters and practice how to interact with others.

It's normal for a 2-year-old child to have temper tantrums along with being very active. Engage with the child at a relaxed time. When a child is in the mood to play, he won't sit still long enough to learn anything. Hold up objects and identify their colors to help toddlers remember colors more easily. Hold up fingers and tell the child how many it is. A 2-year-old child may hold up the same fingers and repeat what you said.
