What is the employee discount at Gap Inc.?

Gap Inc. does not reveal a specific employee discount amount on its public website. However, according to CareerBuilder, the merchandise discount is from 30 to 50 percent at Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy.

In addition to varying standard discounts at each subsidiary, employees reportedly also receive 10 percent off all clearance items and 30 percent off at outlet stores.
