How do you enter Lay's flavor contest?

Lay's "Do Us A Flavor" official rules page states the following requirements for entering the contest: flavor name, up to 3 ingredients, inspiration for creation, city and state, chip style, and participant's contact information. Contestants may submit entries online, via text message, social media, YouTube, and at retail stores.

The Lay's Do Us A Flavor contest is only open to residents of the United States, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. The minimum age requirement for entry is 18 years. Multiple entries into the contest are allowed as long as each submission is unique. Purchase of Lay's products is not necessary to win.
