What is an entry level job?
By Forinfos - 15/09/2025 - 0 comments
An entry-level job is a position at the lowest level of an organization or the lowest-ranking position in a particular profession. Someone who has just completed the minimum educational requirements for a position or who has no prior work experience typically starts a career in an entry-level position.
While entry-level jobs are normally at the low end of a compensation system, they provide a stepping stone for a career-minded person. To gain a promotion, an entry-level worker must normally show proficiency in completing the responsibilities of the job. The qualifications to attain an entry-level job are not as challenging as the qualifications needed for higher-level positions.
