What events led to the firing of Sid Rosenberg?

Sid Rosenberg was fired from his position at WQAM after being arrested and charged with a DUI, as well as driving with a suspended license. Rosenberg was replaced by Dan Sileo, who had previously incurred controversy of his own.

Rosenberg was fired from WQAM on April 9, 2009, due to controversy generated by his DUI arrest. He was replaced by Dan Sileo, who played football for the University of Miami in 1986. Sileo was fired in March 2009 by Clear Channel for calling three African-American football players "monkeys" during his previous show. As of Dec. 18, 2015, Rosenberg is the host of WMEN in Florida.
