What is FAFSA?
By Forinfos - 11/02/2026 - 0 comments
FAFSA is a free application for federal student aid for students who are planning on attending college. This application must be completed by any student who wishes to be eligible for aid. Filling out the FAFSA determines the portion of college expenses a family is expected to contribute toward college.
The Office of Federal Student Aid processes the FAFSA. To complete the FAFSA, a student is required to answer questions about his dependency status and his individual finances, along with the finances of his parents. Information gathered by the Office of Federal Student Aid is sent to identified colleges to help in the process of distributing aid.
