Which of the Fair Deal reforms did not happen?

Of President Harry S. Truman's proposed Fair Deal reforms, Congress shut down his proposals on national health care, agricultural reform, civil rights enhancements and fair labor practices. Interest groups such as the Farm Bureau Federation and the American Medical Association lobbied against the passage of Fair Deal reforms.

Truman was successful in getting Congress to pass legislation that raised the federal minimum wage. Congress also passed the Housing Act, which provided housing for the poor. The law, however, was weaker than the bill Truman proposed. The Fair Deal also expanded Social Security successfully in 1950. All of these measures narrowly passed Congress.
