Kimberly Guilfoyle's son, Roman Anthony Villency, was fathered by her second husband, Eric Villency. Guilfoyle and Villency divorced in 2009 after three years of marriage.

Villency and Guilfoyle married on May 27, 2006, following Guilfoyle's divorce from her first husband, Gavin Newsom. Guilfoyle and Newsom were married in 2001 but divorced after five years due to the strain of their long-distance relationship. As of Nov. 8, 2015, Guilfoyle has not remarried following her divorce from Villency. In 2013, Villency married his second wife, Caroline Fare, a Swedish designer. Villency works as a contributing writer for the Huffington Post and has been a recurring guest on the "Today" show.
