St. John's River Cruises are nature oriented cruises in Florida along the St. John's River. The company offers daily two-hour, narrated wildlife and nature tours. One of the major features of the tours are manatee sightings.

As of 2015, the company has charters at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Seasonal sunset tours in May and June take off at 5 p.m.

The Native II is the primary charter boat for the company, and it was specially designed to quietly and slowly cruise along the shallows of the St. John's River. A second boat, The Eagle, is a private charter boat.
