The FEHB program varies from one state to another and brochures are available for employees to help them make the right choice, according to OPM.gov. Some of the plans available under the FEHB program include fee-for-service plans, health maintenance organization plans and health maintenance organization plans offering a point of service product. Consumer-driven health plans and high deductible health plans are also available for federal employees.
